My name is Hobbe and I'm taking care of my parents home while they live and work in China. I'm looking for anybody willing to start renting right away for a minimum of 4 months. That person will be living in the same household as myself, my software developer friend, and my sister (who is a baker). All four of us are within a couple years age difference. The room itself is quite large - it was my parents' former master bedroom (they moved their bedroom into the basement study). The room is located on the quiet second floor of our gabled black-and-white house with the magnolia tree in the front. We live in a quiet neighbourhood on a dead-end street with lots of retired people and a few mature students nearby. The rent is $375/month (or $400 per month if you use an electric heater) - all utilities are included in that price, including cable Internet. Rent is $100/month less in the summer if you are absent for those months. And, oh, there is a cute calico cat that resides with us as well but one of our previous renters was supposed to be allergic to cats and wasn't allergic to ours for some reason...
