We are renting a one bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment in Burnaby, right beside the metrotown skytrain to be exact, the room is furnished ; double bed, desk, closet, tv and stand, 2 chairs, and utilities and hydro all included. You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with us. There's a one parking space in the basement or plenty on the street. It's literaly a 2 minute walk to the Metrotown Mall, the biggest mall of west Canada. Which includes the Superstore, T & T for groceries, and 448 more shops for your convenience. There's also save-on-foods 5 minutes away. Plenty of parks near by, in walking distance, like the Central Park. As well as fitness centres that are about 15 min. walk. or 5 by car. No couples and no pets, sorry. No smoking inside either. It's 600$ per month plus a security deposit of 300$, half a months rent.
