I have been living in my 3 1/2 apartment for a year now and although I am entirly
satisfied with the building and the apartment I need to leave for Sweden from
January to September. The apartemt is beautiful its got roomy closets and a
dishwasher!! It's on the 23rd floor so its got a breath taking view of the entire
city!! Electricity and heating is included with the rent. There is also a gym,
pool and laundry room up on the 25th floor along with a padio during the summer.
There is a 24hour doorman and a depanuer so its very secure. It's location is
perfect since your right accros the street form the AMC cinema, Alexis Nihon
mall, Dawsons college and the Atwater metro station. It takes about 10minutes
to walk to Concordia and 15minutes to McGill.The rent is 1230$ per month
