Suit 2 mature, responsibile people with preference to parents of athletes. Will want confirmation of this identity. No extra guests are permitted due to insurance restrictions. Expect quiet during the night. No parties or smoking.

The guest room is upstairs and is nicely furnished with a single (or double bed) with clean good quality linen, a. night stand, a desk with a chair, an extra armchair, an alarm clock/radio, a closet with TV inside the room. The brand new bathroom is right beside your room and includes a shower, toilette, basin and towels. There is wireless high speed Internet access in the house (bring your own laptop). TV cable, heat and hot water are included. Access to the kitchen with microwave, dishwasher etc. in the house at any time. There is a small fridge in the kitchen for your own use. You are free to use the dining room and living room at any time. You have access to the laundry at any time (9am to 10pm). There is plenty of parking space right in front of the house.

We have traveled extensively and interacted with different background people. We speak English but we are also fluent in Spanish. Very good in Italian and… as the rate goes down… Able to communicate in French and Portuguese. Having worked for the travel industry in the past and lived in North Vancouver for the past 21 years, we are good travelers' resource if needed.

TERMS:
-Rate is CAN $ 120 per night single occupancy and CAN $220 double occupancy. Rate negotiable if longer than 4 days
- Rate quoted in Canadian funds
- 50% non-refundable deposit due upon confirmation of booking
- 50% non-refundable balance due two weeks, if time, prior to arrival
- $500 refundable damage deposit due two weeks prior to arrival, or on arrival if short time advance booking (refunded at time of check-out provided no damage)
- Proof of Passport and Photo ID required at time of booking. Must be presented at time of arrival.
-No smoking inside the house. Sorry, no pets.
