Looking for two roommates to share a lovely, very large 6,226 sq. ft. 2 Storey country home at Hatzic Lake in Mission. The property is right on the lake and is beautiful and quite. There are eight acres of property to enjoy, with private lake front access.
We have two room mate processions available with private bathrooms for each unfurnished bedroom. Beautiful, bright home with lots of room. Furnished house with shared kitchen and laundry facilities with the rest of the house. We am looking for roommates who are looking for a place they can call home. Where we can share the whole house, yet there is plenty of room if you want your privacy. May consider occupants furnishings.
Great location for mature students with vehicle and is a easy access to highway and close proximity to Abbotsford.
About Us;
We are a professional working husband & wife team. With two professional home based business, we are looking for the right candidates to share our home. We also run a horse Ranch with family pets, horses & two dogs who are all very good-natured. We occasional have BBQs with family & friends.
Which at times includes some cool beer or wine. We are not regular drinkers, but we do like to entertain once in awhile. We would share notice of any
gatherings to our occupants and of course include an invite. Other than that, we are hard working, with our main goal of running our businesses and looking after our ranch.

| One of the most outstanding reasons to live in Mission, BC is that it
has some of the most affordable homes in the Fraser Valley. That is music
to our ears! It's nice to know that there are still places in the world
where a family can live affordably, and Mission is one of those towns.
On top of that good news, Mission really takes an active approach to
being geared towards families. Thare are many acres of municiapl parks,
and since the average age here is pretty young, the more active residents
are likely to use such amenities. Harbour Park is a lovely place with
a lake and lots of grass and nice views of the surrounding mountains.
Kinsmen West Park is really perfect for families with kids. You'll find
park equipment, slides and swings here, and nice landscaping.
The "mission" of Mission is "Live, Work and Play."
This little diddy can be found on the homepage of the District of Mission
homepage.
Mission is also located in a great spot geographically. In about the
same time it takes to brew a cup of coffee, you can cross the border into
the US. Many of the residents of Mission commute to other towns, and to
the US to work. If you want to get a fix of big city stuff, you can go
to Vancouver which is only about an hour away.
Another thing that is encouraging about Mission is that the current residents
are very open and welcoming to new residents. This isn't something you
necessarially find in all towns. The town also has an open-arms attitude
towards new businesses and investors. With this in mind, we welcome anyone
opening a store, restaurant or business to post an ad on our site here.
You can list a commercial space for rent, or a "rental needed"
ad for free!
Mission is really easy to get to as well. If you are in your car, the
two access highways to Mission are the Lougheed Highway #7 and Highway
#11. If you are flying into the area, the two airports to choose from
are the Abbotsford International Airport and the Vancouver International
Airport.
There are several neighbourhood areas of Mission. Silverdale, West Heights,
Steelhead, Clay Road and the Ferndale Neighbourhoods are a few. Mission
is growing in size, so many new developments are in the works, so you
can imagine that the list of neighbourhoods will grow within time.
There are many apartment complexes in Mission as well. Richard's Court,
First Avenue Apartments (which is located near Kinsmen East Park on the
Lougheed Highway) and Habitat Mission which is on 102-33366 2 Avenue.
