We sign a paper saying you can come see and check anytime as long as we are home. This means that when you normally have to give notice your coming buy, just phone us 5 or 10min beforehand to make sure where home, or come round and knock, if where home your welcome to check if its clean. We have two cats, however they are old and indoor cats who just lay around all day.
We are looking for an above ground suit, in Fleetwood, or Guildford, however would prefer a back entrance and there must be some storage space, even if its under the house.
We have no car so the last preferd thing, is to be on a good buss rount, the 320 or 502 are the buses we prefer unless it is walking distance from a buss depo like Guildford Town Center.We would be looking to move in anytime from August 31st - September 31st.

Hello Landlords!
My Spouse Baby and I are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment/condo/townhouse (and maybe consider basement suites if they have everything we are looking for!) for September 1st in or close to Cloverdale.
Paul will be attending Kwantlen in Cloverdale as of September 7th and it would be awesome if we could be close to him.
We have a fun lovin' lil guy named Graham who is now 6 months old and is already sleeping through the night!
The following are what we would need from an apartment...
-2 bedrooms is a must!
-laundry either in-suite or in the building
-parking for one vehicle
-dishwasher is a plus!
-patio
-somewhat close to a park
-1 bathroom with full bathtub
-hydro included is always a plus!
-and a great neighbourhood to explore!
-price can range anywhere from $700-$900
We do not smoke, party, or have pets! We are a very clean couple...Graham is still learning.
Also, we are moving down from Kamloops so we won't be able to physically come and see any apartments as we both work full time up here but both of our parents live in the Langley/White Rock area and will be our eyes for us but we can be reached via phone any weekday from 9am-2:30pm and anytime Sunday.
Also! Paul will be attending Kwantlen for the next 4.5 years so signing a lease is no problem for us! And we have excellent references from our last 3 landlords.
