Fraud Detection: When people fill out your custom contact form, the e-mail you receive will include some powerful fraud detection information. You will have the user's IP address, which can be used to find out exactly what city they are contacting you from. If they aren't in your city or country, you might want to be extra careful. Posting Photo Ads - Please Begin With The Form Below These Instructions
1) Once you send us your listing description and 5 photos, you will see a payment button at the bottom of the page. You can pay with paypal, or any major credit card.
2) Please use the same e-mail address when you submit your payment as the e-mail address used in the listing.
3) Your ad will appear on the site shortly after we receive your listing, photos and payment. Listings received after normal business hours (MST) may not appear until the following morning. We will send you a link to your listing once it is active!
4) Your payment receipt will say "Little Star Listings, LLC"
5) By posting any ad on Canadarentals.net, you agree to and accept our Terms of Service. Your photo ad will appear above the free text listings on the appropriate city page for 2 months! You may use as much text as you need and up to 5 photos. Your listing will have a dedicated page linked to from the main city page.
6) What if I need help with my ad? We will e-mail you a confirmation of your listing, which will have our e-mail address in it. Simply use that e-mail address to correspond with us. A real human will help you with any edits, corrections, or help you need with your ad!
7) All ads are human edited and human moderated to cut down on spam. We take fighting spam and fraud very seriously, and we are aggressive about blocking spammers from using the site.

Posting Tips: The more text the better! There is no limit on the amount of text you submit to describe your property. Make sure to specify it your rental is furnished or unfurnished. Is water or trash included? Are utilities included? What about cable or internet access? Is there a dishwasher, or washer and dryer unit? How about heating and air conditioning? Is there covered parking, or a garage? How about storage space? Make sure to specify if pets are ok, or if pets are not allowed.
