Every year, traffic on the site dips pretty significantly starting about the 2nd week in December, going through the 27th or so.  Then, around the 27th, the sharp, upward climb in traffic begins.   There is another small dip in traffic on the 31st and 1st, for obvious reasons, but then – wham!   Right after the 1st traffic on the site skyrockets!   The peak for this little burst is usually around the 8th or 9th of January.   Of course, many people get done with the holidays and have a ‘resolution’ to move into a better place.

It is a great time to list a property on the site, as the number of eyeballs that will see it will more than double in the coming weeks.

It’s also a fun time of year to have a rental site.   January is usually great, and then, March madness is right around the corner!
