Well, I am just delighted!

I have received so many great comments lately from people who tipped off from the plight of scammers after reading our blog post about scam e-mails and from our Fraudsters and scammers list here.

If I had accomplished nothing else from this site but saving just one person from being taken by one of these scams, I would be happy. So naturally, I am thrilled!

I will continue to post information about scammers, and hope that someday, the rental world will be a scammer-free world!

Thank you everyone for your great comments, and happy renting!

David

  1. Thank you for your e-mail scammer list information page! You just saved my us from major money loss. The scam email address is: vancatherinebc@gmail.com I see that the person has been scamming at least since 2007.
I hope that person is stopped so others dont get hurt. I found your warning blog by googling her email address: vancatherinebc@gmail.com I hope others find your warnings easier. I can send a copy of her e-mails if you think it would help others. Thank you. Hena

  4. I just discovered your site by googling vinfis2008@yahoo.com. Unfortunately after I started corresponding with sherryprice85@yahoo.com, whose email I now realize fits your descriptions also. She has my firstname, email, and if she looks at an attachment I sent carefully, address and telephone (I’ve taken the address out of the filename for future!). Are there any steps we should take to protect ourselves? What are scammers likely to do with the information?

    Many thanks!
