I just discovered Osoyoos
November 7th, 2008 | by david |I have been doing this site for several years now, and I have learned a lot about many of the cities and towns in Canada that I service. I thought that I had most of the ‘important’ ones on the site, but recently, someone mentioned “Hey, where is Osoyoos BC?” I thought “Osy-who?”
I looked into it, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the Osyoos area is quite a popular destination, especially in the summmer months. There are many home rentals in Osoyoos as well as vacation rentals and even apartments.
I learned that retirees especially like the Osoyoos area and the Okangan Valley. The arid climate is very favorable and there are plenty of recreational activities in the area. Osoyoos Lake is a big draw (this lake is considered the warmest lake in Canada).
